About the Business: Present on 3 continents and trading in over 20 countries, with a recycling facility based in the United Kingdom since 2017, specializing in the collection and recycling of various plastic waste from manufacturing, packing, and warehousing industries worldwide.

Responsibilities:
* Market Research & Prospecting: Identifying new sales opportunities through research, networking, and outreach. Supporting the Sales Team.
* Customer Engagement: Managing inbound inquiries, cold-calling prospects, and building long-term relationships.
* Data & CRM Management: Tracking market trends, customer interactions, and sales performance.
* Negotiating & Closing Deals: Learning commodities trading and developing sales strategies.
* Collaborating Across Teams: Working closely with sales leaders, logistics, and production teams to ensure smooth transactions.
Qualifications: Experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles (B2B preferred). A hunter mentality. Comfortable with outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach. Strong commercial awareness and keen interest in trading, recycling, or sustainability. Ability to analyze data, spot trends, and think strategically. Exceptional communication skills in English and Spanish. Highly organized with strong time management skills.
