Ready to join one of our Graduate Programs in Spain? Airbus offers more than 70 vacancies for our full‑time graduate program in Spain - #Discover II 2026/2027. The program starts on 5 October 2026 and ends on 1 October 2027. It is aimed at recent graduates from various disciplines who wish to develop their career in the aeronautical sector.
We have developed an exclusive program (Discover) in partnership with Camilo José Cela University. It combines a Master’s study (three training blocks) with an 11‑month internship at Airbus in an area related to your degree. The internship is full‑time (40 h/week), starting in early October 2026, and includes an attractive study grant.
Internship Profile
Position: Operations Finance‑Controlling (Aipower Operations) – Airbus Defence & Space, Internship, Entry Level.
We are looking for an analytical, proactive, and eager‑to‑learn profile to join our team. The role supports the monitoring and analysis of operational costs and participates in the financial management of the Operations function, helping to understand the profitability of the business from the ground up.
Key Learning Areas
* Cost management at source: Analysis and monitoring of expenses by cost centre.
* Cost allocation analysis: Breakdown of applied costs per product/service.
* Unit costs: Calculation and monitoring of specific costs (e.g., costs per aircraft/unit).
* Reporting and recurring activities: Participation in the monthly closing cycle, preparation of management reports, and other key tasks within the Controlling department.
Required Skills
* Education: Final‑year student or recent graduate in Finance, Business Administration, or Economics.
* Office software: Proficiency with general office tools.
* Excel: User level – basic formulas, pivot tables, data management.
* PowerPoint: User level – ability to create clear, structured presentations.
* Analytical capacity, attention to detail, curiosity about operational processes, proactive attitude toward learning.
* Level B2 English.
