We are currently hiring a Labour Attorney Technician to join our Legal-Staff team for our new projects in Valencia.
Who are we?
Our Staff department manages various areas within our offices, including administration, legal, IT, talent acquisition, learning and development, payroll, global assignment, office management, and HRBP duties, providing professional support to our Volkswagen Group partners within these areas.
What will your responsibilities be?
Providing legal advice to all internal departments across locations, especially Human Resources and Management, on general legal matters;
Conducting and monitoring risk analysis on labour issues, with a focus on Navarra and Valencia;
Drafting, revising, and approving legal documents related to employee lifecycle management and employer obligations (e.g., employment contracts, HR policies, company guidelines);
Monitoring and reporting on national labour regulatory trends;
Supporting the implementation of Volkswagen Group's labour policies and regulations;
Managing external counsel on labour and employment issues;
Assisting in drafting, revising, and approving workplace compliance policies;
Supporting disciplinary actions;
Adapting internal policies to internal regulations and collective agreements;
Participating in negotiations with employee representation bodies (e.g., Workers' Council);
Liaising with supervisory authorities or public institutions when necessary;
Providing general support to the Integrity, Risk Management, Compliance, and Legal Department in Iberia.
What requirements are we looking for?
Advanced English proficiency is mandatory;
Between 3-5 years of relevant experience (in-house or company environment experience is a plus but not mandatory);
Active license from the Spanish Bar Association is mandatory.
