We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to drive business development and client growth for a rapidly expanding marine services company operating across Europe. You'll play a key role in helping the company achieve exponential growth, building long-term partnerships with ship owners, managers, and offshore clients.'
The Ideal Candidate Will Bring:
Proven track record in sales or business development within ship repair, offshore, or marine services
Strong network of contacts among ship owners, managers, and operators
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to develop and execute regional growth strategies
Fluency in English (additional European languages a strong plus)
Driven, entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on results
