As an Programmatic Trader/Client Services Manager, you will be responsible for creating AI driven media plans using our proprietary technology ( VOI<
3), and also managing and optimizing our clients’ audio and video campaigns in a programmatic environment. You will work closely with sales, product, and technical teams to ensure media plans and campaigns are set up correctly, monitored, optimized for performance and client expectations and that KPIs are met.

Tasks:
● Day-to-day set up, management, optimization, reporting and quality assurance of all active client audio and video campaigns, to ensure delivery and that KPIs are met.
● Create audio/video media plans using our proprietary AI driven platform VOICE, ensuring swift and optimized planning for the upcoming campaign activation.
● Daily reporting of the campaigns to propose optimizations to clients, and deliver final reports at the end of the campaigns.
● Deliver post campaign reportings to media agencies and clients with detailed quantitative and qualitative insights always revenue oriented.
● Liaise with internal teams and work closely with clients and partners to test campaigns and ensure they’re functioning as expected.
● Write and improve best practices documentation when necessary.
● Keep up to date with industry and technical developments in the Advertising, AI and audiovisual advertising space.
Requirements
● Minimum 2-3 years of experience in an Ad Operations, Client Services, or programmatic trader role role, either at a DSP, Agency, Publisher or an Ad Tech environment. ( technologies: DV360 & Amazon DSP and Mediasmart as DSPs. SSPs: Equativ, Magnite, Triton, Adswizz, GAM, etc).
● You understand the intricacies of the wider ad-tech ecosystem (DSPs, SSPs, PMPs, VAST, VPAID... and programmatic in general) and understand how all the pieces fit together to have the best from a campaign.
● Trading experience with DV360 and TTD of at least 1 year, experience with PMP/Deals ( PG,PA, PD) and audio or Youtube campaign troubleshooting is a plus.
● Exceptional written and verbal communication skills;
ability to communicate technical information to both internal and external stakeholders at all levels
● Programming experience in any language ( html, JS,Python) is a plus
● C1 English level to communicate with partners and clients at a business level.
