As Senior Solution Architect at Roche, you shape end-to-end omnichannel solutions that align with enterprise standards and data governance. You drive architecture across data, platforms, and activation use cases, balancing current delivery with long-term scalability. You will design an integrated ecosystem around Adobe Experience Platform to enable real-time segmentation and journey orchestration. You collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex requirements into tangible business value, contributing to Roche’s mission to improve healthcare access and outcomes.

• Define end-to-end omnichannel architecture aligned with business and enterprise standards
• Establish data models, identity frameworks, and integration patterns
• Manage non-functional requirements (performance, scalability, security, compliance)
• Integrate CRM, MDM, consent, and web/app event data for unified profiles
• Architect and guide RT-CDP, AJO, and CJA implementation within the Adobe stack
• Enable real-time segmentation, journey orchestration, and activation
• Design event-driven and streaming architectures for multi-channel activation
• Define architecture roadmap and support delivery across use cases
• Identify risks, dependencies, and optimization opportunities
• Drive adoption of best practices, patterns, and new technologies
• Collaborate across business, product, and tech teams

Responsabilidades
• Proven experience in solution architecture within data and martech ecosystems
• Experience with CDPs and omnichannel platforms (Adobe preferred)
• Experience working in global, cross-functional teams
• Certifications on Adobe stack - (AJO, CJA and RT-CDP)
• Strong understanding of customer data platforms, identity resolution, and segmentation
• Experience with APIs, cloud data platforms, and data governance concepts (GDPR)
