The Position:
We are seeking a Customer Success Specialist to join our Trading team.
Your key responsibilities:
- Provide feedback from customer requests to Product team.
- Guide customers through onboarding and ensure they derive maximum value from Isotrol products.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, understanding their goals and how our products can help achieve them.
- Follow up on accounts, acting as an expert advisor to maximize adoption and retention.
- Collect and relay user feedback for product development.
- Identify opportunities for product expansion in collaboration with sales teams.
- Analyze product usage, identify actions, and communicate satisfaction levels, risks, and opportunities.
- Have extensive knowledge of participation in Iberian wholesale electricity markets.
Your skills and experience:
- Proficiency in English (High level, B2 or above) and good communication skills.
- Experience working in electrical trading teams.

- Summer hours: 8:00 to 15:00 from July 1 to August 31.
