Job Description
1. Follow appropriate regulatory guidelines and templates
2. Assist with assessing client efficacy data (data gap analysis and preliminary risk assessments) for the active substance and/or product dossiers under the focus of appropriate and specific regulatory requirements
3. Review and check raw data and statistical analyses to prepare / produce data summaries for insertion into dossier's
4. Assist with preparation of summary tables in required format, interpretation and assessment of scientific / biological data together with a detailed critical assessment to assure scientific rigor, accuracy and clarity of presentation of results
5. Format and compile dossiers within agreed time schedules
6. Assist with validating strategies to assist clients in dossier preparation including experimental programs according to European and national data requirements
7. Make recommendations on / assist in furthering levels of standardisation and consistency within the team
8. Maintain close liaison with study management staff to ensure studies which form part of submissions are reported with accuracy / timeliness
9. Attend and actively participate in internal / external training, Efficacy conferences, seminars but also clients’ meeting as required
10. Support in visit to clients if needed
Managerial responsibilities:
11. Occasional supervision of students and/or temporary staff as and when required
12. Support in organising / participate in team meetings / technical meetings as and when required
Qualifications
Minimum requirements: Robust knowledge in regulatory Agronomy gained by combination of education (Master of Science, PhD) and professional experience.
Technical leadership / innovation:
13. Proven ability to independently define and conduct regulatory research
14. Share expertise / technical knowledge with other members of staff as required
15. Develop scientific relationships and partnerships outside of company to address business objectives
16. Supply and incorporate new ideas and processes that add value to EAR
17. Proficient with Microsoft Office software, including but not limited to Word and Excel, and working knowledge of ARM
