If you’re a logistics-savvy, detail-oriented professional who thrives in high standards and structured environments, this position is your perfect next step.**Key Highlights**:- ** Contract**: 4 months onboard / 2 months off rotation- ** Schedule**: 10 hours per day, 7 days a week- ** Accommodation**: Private single cabin with crew dining and facilities- ** System Used**: Experience with **MXP (Marine Xchange Program)** is highly valued- ** Salary**: USD $8,343 per month (tax-free, paid only while onboard)- ** Start Date**: As soon as possible**About the Role**:As Hotel Stores Manager, you’ll be responsible for the planning, procurement, inventory, and issuing of all hotel-related items on board—from linens and uniforms to consumables, bonded items, entertainment supplies, and beyond. Working closely with shore-based logistics teams and onboard departments, you will ensure seamless operations, regulatory compliance, and impeccable standards across all storerooms.**Responsibilities**:- Manage all hotel inventory and ordering using MXP in accordance with load plans, schedules, and budget- Supervise storeroom cleanliness, safety, and USPH compliance- Lead a team of assistants and storekeepers, training and mentoring them toward excellence- Prepare freight and provisioning plans, and coordinate with F&B, Housekeeping, and Purchasing departments- Oversee loading and unloading operations at port- Monitor invoice accuracy, resolve shortages, and manage credits with suppliers- Conduct regular inventory checks, including monthly bonded inventory- Uphold budget controls while maintaining high operational standards- Attend all safety drills and trainings; ensure MLC-compliant work/rest scheduling**What We’re Looking For**:- ** Experience**:- Minimum 2 years in a luxury hotel or 3 years on a cruise ship in a logistics/F&B management role- Prior experience with hotel inventories or purchasing is a strong plus- Familiarity with MXP (Marine Xchange) or similar systems highly valued- ** Skills & Attributes**:- Strong leadership and team development skills- Excellent command of English (spoken and written)- Ability to work under pressure and lead by example- Exceptional time management, organizational, and administrative abilities- Computer proficiency in MS Office and logistics software- ** Certifications**:- Valid STCW certificates- Seafarer's Medical (PEME), C1D visa, Seaman’s Book (or willingness to obtain)**Why Join?**:- ** Work and Travel**: Explore the world while mastering global hotel logistics- ** Leadership Opportunity**: Play a central role in cruise operations with direct impact on guest experience- ** Career Growth**: Cruise ships promote from within—many senior roles are filled by people who started here- ** Lifestyle Perks**: Private cabin, meals, onboard crew activities, and access to crew-only facilities- Cette annonce est propulsée par Cookorico - l'emploi en hôtellerie restauration._
