About the role:
This role supports trade marketing activities and drives growth and capability initiatives across Gulf markets
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and coordinate National Promotion Plans, Key Account Promotions, In-store Activations, POSM projects, sampling activities, sponsorships, events, and NPD listings.
* Lead strategic initiatives: Customer & Portfolio Segmentation, Execution Standards, Playbooks, SHELFR & NIELSEN insights, Revenue Growth Management, and Regional Winning Plans.
* Provide business support: Identify growth opportunities, partner with DTMM Gulf, and represent Riyadh HO in decision-making.
Key Skills & Expertise:
* Ability to convert insights into actionable strategies using Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, and Word
* Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
* Excellent presentation and meeting management abilities
* Hands-on experience in portfolio management, business campaigns, pricing & cost management, and data-driven strategies
Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field
* Master’s degree in marketing or a related field is preferred
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in a relevant role
* Fluency in English
