Role Overview
The GM, Global Payroll & HCM Delivery, is a senior leadership role responsible for operational excellence, financial performance, and strategic growth across EMEA, LATAM, and APJ regions. This role requires deep expertise in HCM / payroll markets and proven leadership of large, global teams in complex, multi-market environments.
With full P&L ownership, the focus is on profitability, EBITDA growth, and customer satisfaction. Collaboration with Sales, product, and technology teams is essential to align solutions with client needs.
Key Responsibilities
* P&L Ownership : Develop strategies to meet revenue and cost targets, monitor financial performance, and collaborate with Sales to drive revenue growth.
* EBITDA Focus : Maximize EBITDA through margin improvements, expense control, and operational efficiencies.
* Operational Excellence : Streamline workflows, lead continuous improvement initiatives, and deploy tools to enhance operational effectiveness.
* Customer Experience and NPS : Improve customer satisfaction and loyalty, address feedback, and ensure high-quality service delivery.
* Strategic Planning : Translate organizational goals into regional strategies, respond to market trends, and drive long-term growth initiatives.
* Financial Management : Oversee budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting; monitor key financial metrics.
* Team Leadership : Lead and develop a global team of over 4,000 employees, fostering a culture of accountability and innovation.
* Compliance and Risk Management : Ensure adherence to legal and regulatory standards and mitigate operational risks.
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or related; MBA preferred.
* 10+ years of operational leadership with proven P&L ownership and EBITDA growth.
* Extensive experience in EMEA payroll and HCM markets, with exposure to LATAM and APJ.
* Proven ability to manage large, hybrid teams in global environments.
