About the role
The successful candidate will be part of the graphic design team and will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of a design project, taking the brief, generating professional style guidelines and (with the involvement of our Frontend Web Developers) always taking UX objectives into consideration.
What you will bring
Hard Skills
3+ years of experience in graphic design, ideally in digital-first environments (web, social, online marketing). Fintech or startups are a plus, but not essential. Excellent written and spoken English.
Comfortable working in an international environment.
A portfolio showcasing branding in action, motion work, and digital projects.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere, After Effects, InDesign).
Working knowledge of Figma (web layouts and components).
Experience with Canva for quick template adaptations.
Nice to have: Hubspot, UX/UI experience
Soft Skills
Proactive, problem-solving, and creative mindset.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to deliver under tight deadlines without losing quality.
Curiosity and eagerness to learn and grow in a fintech environment.
Team player with good communication skills, able to collaborate with non-designers.
What you will do
Social media (posts, stories, ads, carousels, reels, and videos).
Newsletters and blog visuals.
Paid media (static and video banners, covers, HTML5 formats).
Support with website and landing page designs (together with frontend developers).
Edit and animate video content for social media, interviews, and campaigns (Premiere, After Effects).
Help create and maintain internal templates (Canva, PowerPoint, PDF).
Apply and evolve existing brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across channels.
Collaborate on cross-team projects (presentations, event materials, internal communications).
