GENESYS CLOUD SOFTWARE ENGINEER | International Projects
At Vortech PCI Group, we are looking for an experienced Genesys Cloud Software Engineer to join our team and work on international projects within modern and collaborative environments.
This role focuses on designing, developing, and integrating solutions within a cloud contact center platform, with strong involvement in Genesys Cloud and omnichannel integrations .
YOUR ROLE
You will be part of an international engineering team, collaborating with Product Owners, architects, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable and efficient contact center solutions.
Your main responsibilities will include:
* Develop and maintain customer experience flows using Genesys Cloud Architect
* Design and implement solutions using Genesys Cloud and Genesys Engage (on-premise)
* Build and support integrations using Genesys Cloud APIs, Data Actions, and event-based services
* Implement routing logic, automation, and configurations for voice and digital channels
* Contribute to the integration of chat and email channels in Genesys Cloud
* Participate in integrations with WFM (Workforce Management) systems within CCaaS environments
* Create technical design documentation and process flows using Microsoft Visio
* Apply SOA (Service-Oriented Architecture) principles in system design and integrations
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions aligned with business needs
* Troubleshoot issues, optimize performance, and ensure platform stability
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
* 5+ years of experience working with Genesys Cloud, including Architect flows and API integrations
* Experience with:
Genesys Cloud
Genesys Engage (on-premise)
* Experience in:
Integration of chat and/or email channels
Working with WFM systems or similar integrations in CCaaS environments
* Knowledge of REST APIs and programming/scripting (JavaScript, Python, or similar)
* Experience creating technical documentation and flow diagrams in Visio
* Understanding of SOA design principles
* Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
* Experience troubleshooting and ensuring platform stability
* Familiarity with cloud environments, security basics, and version control
* English level B2+ or higher
NICE TO HAVE
* Experience with real-time integrations in contact center environments
* Knowledge of event-driven architectures
* Experience with bots or conversational AI
* Exposure to CRM systems
* Certifications in Genesys Cloud or cloud providers (AWS)
