The Role
As a Tracking Specialist, you will be the technical forefront for our clients, responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing tracking solutions for their web and app platforms. Your expertise in JavaScript, GTM, and tracking implementations will be key to ensuring accurate data collection and measurement.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and maintain web and app tracking solutions using Google Tag Manager (GTM), Tealium, or Adobe Launch.
- Develop and troubleshoot custom tracking scripts using JavaScript to ensure accurate data collection.
- Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to define measurement plans and ensure data integrity across platforms.
- Assist in the integration of tracking data with cloud platforms to enhance data accessibility.
What You Bring
- Strong experience in JavaScript for tracking implementation and data collection.
- Proficiency in Google Tag Manager (GTM), Tealium, or Adobe Launch.
- Solid understanding of web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics).
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with SQL, Python, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) is a plus.
- Fluent in English is a must.
