About the Role
Haier is the world’s number one manufacturer of household appliances and a rapidly expanding player in Europe in air conditioning, heating, and renewable energy solutions.
Now we’re expanding across the CEE region and we’re looking for a Key Account Manager who’s ready to make a real impact. Candidates located in EU CEE as well as Serbia, Montenegro, Bosnia and Herzegovina, and North Macedonia will be eligible to apply.
Responsibilities
This role combines strategic planning, sales, and customer relationship management. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Business Growth & Strategy: Analyse market trends, industry developments, and competitor activity in order to identify new markets, customer segments, and growth opportunities in the CEE region.
* Lead Generation & Sales: Generate, qualify, and convert leads into long-term business – then negotiate contracts and close deals that support our strategic goals.
* Customer Relationship Management: Manage and grow a portfolio of customers. Ensure they receive strong technical support and the best possible experience with Haier.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, operations, and sales teams. Share your market insights to help shape product development and service enhancements.
We’d Love to Meet You If You
… have proven experience, 3 years as a Key Account Manager or Sales Engineer in HVAC.
* bring strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems.
* Speak English fluently.
* excel in communication, negotiation, and building trust with partners.
* are proactive, self-driven, and comfortable working independently.
It is a plus, if you
* already have a strong professional network across the value chain
* have insight into competitors and their go-to-market strategies.
* speak more than one CEE language but that is a real added bonus !
Additional Information
* Frequent travel within the CEE region is required.
* Reports to: Regional Sales Manager ROE
