About the Role:
Our client, a fast-growing company in the online gaming sector, is building a high-performing Acquisition team in Madrid. They’re looking for a Fluent/Proficiency Arabic speaker with strong English to drive outbound sales and convert high-intent leads into active customers.

- Base salary up to €27k + monthly bonus €500–1,000 (OTE €37–42k).
What You’ll Do:

- Engage with high-intent leads to drive customer acquisition.
- Follow structured outbound strategies and use your negotiation skills to maximize conversions.
- Record and manage all interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (Marketing, Retention, CRM).
- Participate in training, coaching, and team meetings to continuously grow your skills.
What We’re Looking For:

- Fluent/Proficiency Arabic - All Dialects Speaker and strong English.
- 2–5 years of sales experience, ideally outbound.
- CRM knowledge and quick adaptability to new tools.
- Excellent sales, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Target-driven, proactive, and team-oriented.
- Based in Madrid (100% onsite).
Work Conditions:

- Schedule: 10:00–19:00 or 11:00–20:00 (1-hour lunch). Monday to Friday
