The world leader company in the sector of beverage dispensing equipment is looking for aSUPPLY CHAIN MANAGER
The Supply Chain Manager is responsible for managing and optimizing the entire supply chain of the 2 Spanish plants, from the procurement of raw materials to the delivery of the finished product, ensuring efficiency, operational continuity and customer satisfaction, while respecting costs, quality and times.
Key Responsibilities and Tasks :
Plan, coordinate and monitor all supply chain activities (procurement, production planning, logistics, distribution), including preparation and control of budgets and expenses.Manage relationships with suppliers, third parties and logistics partners to ensure punctuality, quality and continuity of supply.Develop and implement procurement and logistics management strategies to reduce costs and improve performance.Collaborate with Manufacturing, Purchasing, Sales and Customer Service departments to align supply and demand planning.Monitor and analyze supply chain KPIs (lead time, stock levels, fill rate, OTD, logistics costs).Coordinate the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process.Ensure compliance with customs, safety and environmental regulations.Use ERP systems and planning software (MRP, WMS, TMS) to manage information and physical flows.Manage a multidisciplinary team, promoting professional development and the adoption of best practices.Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen).Collaboration in the development of new products.
Requirements :
Degree in Management Engineering, Economics, Logistics or similar disciplines. Master in Supply Chain Management or MBA are considered a plus.At least 5 years of experience in similar roles, preferably in structured or multinacional industrial context.Knowledge of industrial planning.Knowledge of mechanical parts design and assembly.Advanced knowledge of logistics and supply chain management processes (inbound, internal and outbound logistics).General knowledge of machining / CNC lathes or sheet metal forming is preferred.Experience in using ERP systems (e.g. SAP, Oracle) and planning tools (APS, MRP, DRP).Proficiency in English (written and spoken)Knowledge of ISO 9000 / 14000 standardsCAD software skills, especially Inventor, will be valuedFamiliarity with 5S, Kaizen, and DFMA systems will be an assetAbility to analyze data and manage KPIs using BI tools and advanced ExcelKnowledge of customs regulations, international transport and incoterms.Nice to have : Experience in managing contracts and negotiations with suppliers.
