In this role, you will lead the site’s corrective and preventive maintenance strategy, ensuring safety, reliability, and performance across our packaging and manufacturing lines.

THE ROLE
As a Maintenance Coordinator You Will:
Coordinate the Corrective Maintenance team (shift leaders & technicians).
Act as Maintenance Lead for PKG and MKG areas.
Manage the plant’s daily Top 5 priorities.
Conduct daily/weekly DDS and support priority lines.
Track weekly KPIs (BD, MTBF, %PM) and review monthly packing line performance.
Serve as a Machine Safety Owner and LOTO Leader for the site.
Oversee maintenance budgets (corrective, FY, CAPEX/OVH).
Manage assets, spare parts, workshops, and CR360.
What you will bring
Bachelor Degree in Engineering or Technical Studies Background.
2+ years of experience in industrial maintenance (pharma, food, cosmetics, automotive).
Proficient level of English.
Strong analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Autonomous, agile, and effective at influencing across teams. xpzdshu
