We are looking for an experienced and driven Marketing Manager with a strong background in technology companies and high-growth startup environments.This role is ideal for a hands-on, commercially minded marketer who can build and execute integrated marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, demand generation and revenue growth. You will work closely with Product, Growth, Sales and Leadership teams to scale marketing efforts in a fast-paced, innovation-led environment.You should be comfortable operating both strategically and tactically setting direction while also executing campaigns, analysing performance and optimising results.Our flagship solution, ConductorTM, is the industry's first intelligence layer for the semiconductor supply chain, developed in partnership with SEMI and the SCM Industry Advisory Council, and launched at events across Asia, Europe and North America.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute integrated marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, pipeline growth and customer acquisition.Plan and manage multi-channel campaigns across digital, content, performance, events and partnerships.Collaborate closely with Product and Sales teams to align marketing initiatives with commercial priorities.Build and optimise demand generation programs to support revenue targets.Manage content strategy including website, thought leadership, case studies, email campaigns and social media.Oversee performance marketing initiatives including paid media, SEO and conversion optimisation.Track, analyse and report on marketing performance metrics, using data to continuously refine strategy.Manage agency partners and external vendors where required.Support brand development and positioning in competitive technology markets.Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field.5–7 years of experience in Marketing roles within technology companies or startups.Proven experience building and scaling marketing initiatives in high-growth environments.Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, performance marketing and demand generation.Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Sales and Growth teams.Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. xiphtebComfortable working in ambiguity and taking ownership in a fast-paced startup setting.
