What You'll Do
As part of the product delivery team, you will guide teams toward high performance and product excellence. Your responsibilities will include:
• Lead the team's transformation from a delivery mindset to a product- and value-driven approach, fostering self-organization and high performance
• Facilitate team dynamics that enhance autonomy, cross-functional collaboration, and shared ownership of the product
• Ensure Scrum events (Sprint Planning, Daily, Review, Retrospective) are effective, purposeful, and outcome-driven
• Identify and remove blockers proactively, whether technical, organizational, or interpersonal
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement through agile metrics, retrospectives, and feedback loops
• Support alignment between Product Owners, development teams, and key stakeholders
• Facilitate sessions around product vision, sprint goals, and discovery practices
• Act as a mentor and coach, supporting the team's growth in maturity, accountability, and continuous learning
What You'll Need
We are seeking individuals who are team players with an analytical mindset. You'll succeed in this position if you have:
• 7+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, ideally in digital product environments
• Proven experience evolving teams toward high performance and strong product ownership
• Deep knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and agile frameworks with a pragmatic, people-first approach
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to navigate team dynamics and organizational culture
• Solid understanding of product delivery, discovery techniques, and value-driven metrics
• Excellent facilitation, communication, and leadership skills
• Experience with OKRs, agile metrics, Lean UX, or systems coaching is a plus
• Fluency in English and Spanish
