WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
We are looking for an IGA Specialist / Identity Governance Analyst with 3–5 years of experience in identity management, ideally with SailPoint (IdentityIQ or IdentityNow). The candidate should be able to capture business requirements and configure solutions on the platform and work in fast-paced, agile environments. Must be based in Barcelona (2 days/week onsite, flexible) and fluent in English.
Must-Have Technical Skills:
- 3–5 years in IGA environments (SailPoint preferred; Okta, Saviynt, OpenText also considered)
- Strong technical-analytical skills to translate requirements into platform configurations
- Experience in implementation and administration of IGA solutions
- Background in development (JavaScript or similar) is highly valued
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
- Implement and configure IGA solutions based on business requirements
- Translate requirements into technical configurations on the platform
- Support deployment of identity governance processes in SailPoint or other platforms
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders in a fast-paced, agile environment
- Provide guidance and support to end-users and Key Users in identity workflows
- Ensure adherence to security and compliance policies during implementation
- Contribute to continuous improvement and scaling of identity management processes
