The Institute of Project Management (IPM) is seeking an Account Manager to manage and grow relationships with key corporate clients. This role involves overseeing a portfolio of enterprise accounts, ensuring successful delivery of project management training programmes, and identifying opportunities to expand partnerships.
Build strong relationships with HR, L&D, and senior leadership stakeholders.
Ensure successful delivery of training and certification programmes.
4–5 years of B2B account management experience.
~ Strong relationship management and communication skills.
~ Project management experience is essential.
~ Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
Experience in corporate training, professional education, SaaS, or consulting .
