Duties and Responsibilities:
* Understand OEM prosumer product requirements and prescribe inverters and batteries accordingly.
* Create comprehensive project documentation, including energy requirements, design calculations, drawings, layouts, specifications, block schematics, solution presentations, value propositions, compliance tables, and software programming procedures.
* Expand Prosumer transactional market share in targeted sales areas and drive growth at OEM/EOEM accounts within the assigned geography.
* Deploy new offers in the field, ensuring successful launch acceptance and engagement through our deployment channels.
* Collaborate with Sales teams to enhance competencies around prosumer products, activate the sales cycle, and train channel partners' staff.
* Identify and execute technical sales activities for new customer leads and existing offers.
* Provide engineering support during installation, including process guidance, tools, procedures, regulatory compliance, technical interpretation, and quality assurance.
* Work closely with business forecasting leaders to keep partners updated.
Experience Level:
* B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering or related technical/engineering degree preferred.
* Background in technical validation related to inverters and batteries.
* Fluent in Spanish and English, both verbal and written.
* Strong communication skills, including influencing, persuading, listening, and soliciting input.
* Knowledge of industrial communication systems for smart/connected systems is a plus.
* Excellent organizational skills, capable of managing multiple stakeholder tasks.
* Analytical, creative, and effective communicator with presentation skills.
* Problem-solving skills and customer-oriented mindset.
