The Crew Network, TCN, the recruitment division of leading, integral luxury yacht brokerage company, Fraser Yachts, has a Crewing Consultant position open in the Palma office.
Position: Crewing Consultant- TCN Palma Office - Full time/ Permanent
Location: Palma de Mallorca
Start date: march 2026

Position Summary:
This is a great job opportunity for an ex yacht crew that want to be land based.
To interview crew and fully vet their references and licenses. To carry out thorough search and selection of potential candidates. Present a timely shortlist that closely matches the requirements of a detailed client brief. Ensure client and crew satisfaction by efficiency and after-sales service. To work as a member of the local office and global Crewing Teams;
often liaising closely with Fraser Yacht Management.
Key Duties & Responsibilities (not limited to):
- Interviewing crew
- Reference and License checking
- Ensuring MLC compliance
- Accept and manage orders from clients
- Make submissions to clients via e-mail and in person
- Maintaining and updating crew records and populating assigned software
- Reception and general administrative duties
- Utilizing CRM and Social Media to source crew
- Obtaining detailed client briefs
- Presenting the client with pertinent shortlists
- After-sales service
- Working to targets
- Submit invoicing to clients and follow up on late payments
- Participate in TCN and Fraser Events
- Assist FRASER YA, CM, TS in crew request for Fraser managed yachts
Job Essential Functions:
- Excellent communicator in fluent English, both spoken and written, is a must. Candidates with multiple languages preferred
- Computer literacy: Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint),Strong typing skills
- Willingness to travel if needed
- People person that builds long-term relationships.
- Enjoys sales and marketing
- Good at multi-tasking, complete tasks with minimum supervision
- Good time management
Experience:
Experience in Yachting and the Marine Industry preferred
Relevant work experience in former sales, staffing or recruiting are a bonus
Qualifications:
Diploma of Higher Education Preferred
Job Specifics:
Working Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm, 1 hour lunch period
