Responsibilities
- Prospecting and developing different markets
- Manage customers through open and interactive communication
- Negotiate and close orders
- Prepare offers
- Identify and assess customer needs
- Manage customer complaints and follow up to ensure their resolution
- Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service enquiries
- Prepare activity reports
- Maintain customer databases
- Communicating and coordinating with other departments
Qualifications
- Previous and recent experience of at least 2-3 years in the commercial area
- Positive experience in sectors such as the chemical industry or Flavors & Fragances is valued
- Higher education in economics (ADE, Business Administration, etc.) or chemistry or related training is considered
- Experience with ERP Navision is highly valued
- High level of English and Italian language skills
