Your Mission & Impact
As an ETL / Talend Developer, part of our Integration Team, you will ensure the reliability, scalability, and observability of our data pipelines. You will design high-performance data solutions using Talend and AWS, strictly adhering to 100% of architectural patterns while ensuring proactive end-to-end monitoring.
Responsibilities & Missions
High-Standard Design & Development
* Design and develop ETL/ELT workflows (from simple to complex) using Talend (Data Integration & Cloud).
* Ensure solution scalability (parallelization, high-volume management, AWS resource optimization).
* Strictly apply integration patterns (Error Handling, Retry strategy, Replayability, Canonical Models)
* Ensure seamless integration within the AWS ecosystem (S3, Lambda, etc.).
Architecture & Interface Design
* Translate complex business requirements into robust technical architectures.
* Draft interface contracts and ensure compliance by all stakeholders.
* Ensure modularity and optimized Java routines (JVM and Heap Size management).
Observability & Robustness
* Implement systematic monitoring probes.
* Industrialize logging and alerting via AWS CloudWatch / Grafana.
* Guarantee data integrity through automated flow controls (rejects, audits, reconciliation).
Agile Methodology & DevOps
* Lead Agile (Scrum) rituals: precise estimation, technical demos, and code reviews.
* Drive industrialization via CI/CD and versioning with Git.
* Maintain exhaustive documentation (flow mapping, operational handbooks).
Candidate Profile
* Experience: Minimum 5 years in Data environments with proven Talend expertise.
* Absolute Rigor: You believe code without monitoring or documentation is incomplete.
* Soft Skills: Strong technical writing and ability to lead design workshops. xhfqzwm
* Team Spirit: Ability to mentor junior profiles on best practices.
* Fluent English is mandatory
* Proficiency in French is a strong plus
