A Yacht Operations Agent is responsible for various aspects of yacht assistance. This role involves managing clearance activities, ensuring compliance with maritime regulations, handling logistics, scheduling maintenance and repairs, providing guest services, and coordinating with suppliers.Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for yacht owners, captains and crew members- Ensure a smooth yacht operations process by fully understanding clients’ needs- Plan and sell bespoke events and services that meet clients’ specific preferences- Use promotional techniques and prepare promotional materials- Collaborating with local service providers to secure necessary resources- Oversee the logistical aspects of Yacht Operations, including provisioning and crew services- Maintain relationships with local suppliers to guarantee the highest quality of services and productsRequirements:
