Additionally, they should be accustomed to working with large volumes of production and have knowledge of operating various machinery.
Responsibilities
1. Portion and butcher beef according to technical sheets and costings.
2. Maintain hygiene and cleanliness in the work area.
3. Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely delivery of ingredients.
4. Ensure all cuts are accurate and have the correct weight.
5. Handle large volumes of production efficiently and accurately.
6. Operate machinery such as saw cutters, packers, mixers, etc.
Requirements
1. Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role.
2. Extensive experience in beef cutting and butchering techniques.
3. Ability to work under high pressure while maintaining quality.
4. Effective communication skills and teamwork.
5. Experience handling large production volumes.
6. Proficiency in operating machinery like saw cutters, packers, mixers, etc.
