• Assists in preparing reports/dashboards on pipeline and revenue for the sales and account team
• Develops a basic understanding of business, financials, services and the market(s) of focus. Sets up and coordinates meetings for business development/ sales team to pitch
• Assists in preparing marketing and sales materials, including customized presentations, for client meetings and pitches to highlight the value and capabilities of Operational Talent Solutions' expertise in staffing and recruiting of operational roles
• Performs basic client research in one of the key sectors such as logistics, manufacturing, and warehousing by pulling client information, formatting proposals, under the guidance of more senior team members
• Assists in initiating contact with potential clients through cold calls, emails, and social media outreach
• Assists Sales Support in maintaining up-to-date information in the CRM system
• Market Mapping; Lead Generation; Maintaining proper follow ups of greenfield, brownfield projects; Supporting tender bids; Liasioning with trade bodies/consulates /HR platforms; creating proper database; Assist in preparing and managing the chase list.
