Motion Graphics Designer (Internship)

to partner

hand‑in‑hand with our UA team

—turning ideas into high‑performing creatives for

Meta, TikTok, Snap, and UGC

This is a high‑leverage role: you’ll turn creative testing into a

repeatable, capital‑efficient acquisition engine

WHAT YOU’LL OWN (Your Mission) Performance Creatives at Scale:

Produce a high volume of short‑form video ads (9:16), animations, kinetic typography, and cut‑downs for

Meta/TikTok/Snap

—built for

thumb‑stop, hook, and conversion

. AI‑First Creative Pipeline:

Use

AI image/video tools

to concept, generate, and iterate (human‑reviewed), then polish in

After Effects/Premiere/CapCut

. Creative Testing Framework:

Work with the UA team to plan hypotheses, variants, and hooks (e.g.,

3‑second hook, CTA, social proof, UGC vs. motion

), and iterate based on results. Data → Creative Loops:

Translate performance metrics ( CTR, CVR to trial, CPI

) into creative decisions; scale winners, kill losers, propose next tests. UGC & Trends:

Ideate UGC‑style scripts, captions, and overlays that feel native to

TikTok/IG Reels/Snap

, riding trends without losing brand fit.

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE (90 Days) Throughput:

A consistent cadence of

20–40 ad variations/week

across apps and channels. Winners on the Board:

Multiple new creative “families” that beat our CTR/CPI baselines. Systematized Workflow:

A documented

creative testing playbook

and an organized asset library (tags, versions, rights). AI Pipeline Live:

Reusable prompts/pipelines for faster ideation and first drafts. Tight Feedback Loop:

Weekly creative review with UA → actions for the next sprint (no vanity edits).
