Responsibilities :
* Drive the adoption and optimization of HR technology solutions globally to improve efficiency and user experience.
* Define business needs, develop effective solutions, and lead successful implementations.
* Collaborate within the KION Group to develop and execute the HR technology strategy.
* Manage projects to implement the future technology landscape.
* Lead a global team, ensuring strong solutioning and customer service.
* Partner with Workday owners within KION to represent Dematic's requirements and facilitate successful implementation.
HR Operations :
* Work with HR Leadership to enhance HR Operations impact.
* Implement standardized HR operations and central services to meet diverse regional and global needs.
* Ensure HR data integrity and accuracy across systems.
* Identify and implement process improvements within HR functions.
* Apply best practices to improve operational efficiency.
Collaboration and People Leadership :
* Partner with leadership to implement effective HR strategies.
* Align HR strategies with business objectives through stakeholder collaboration.
* Build strong relationships with business leaders to address HR needs.
* Design and implement innovative HR policies with cross-functional teams.
Team Development :
* Support growth and development of HR technology and operations teams.
* Leverage understanding of employee lifecycle, HRIS, HR Analytics, and HR Operations.
* Build credibility as a trusted advisor with leadership.
* Utilize advanced project and change management skills across global matrices.
* Communicate effectively at all organizational levels and influence stakeholders.
* Deliver results with a focus on customer satisfaction.
Requirements :
* 10+ years of HR leadership experience in a fast-paced, innovative engineering or technology environment.
* Experience working with senior leaders globally.
* Proven ability to lead initiatives and manage teams effectively.
* Experience in developing standardized HR operational models.
* Advanced degree or equivalent with relevant experience.
