Documents Specialist / Contract Manager

Responsibilities 
- Conduct KYC (Know Your Customer) checks and maintain supporting documentation. 
- Support contract signing and coordination processes when needed. 
- Register agreements in the internal tracking system (Agreements Book / AFC Excel) according to company rules. 
- Maintain proper storage of contracts and KYC documents in Dropbox folders. 
- Provide contracts and supporting documentation upon request (for auditors, accountants, service providers, authorities or internal teams). 
Qualifications 
- A degree in Law or Business Administration will be considered as a plus. 
- 2–4 years of experience in contract administration, finance operations, or legal support. 
- Strong understanding of contract structure, financial documentation, and approval workflows. 
- Experience with KYC processes and counterparty verification is a plus. 
- Proficiency in MS Office. 
- Experience with digital storage systems (Dropbox, Google Drive, SharePoint). 
- English — Upper‑Intermediate (written and spoken). 
- Computer proficiency on Windows or Mac.
