You will join theCredit Risk Capital Squadas part of an AGILE technology team focused on key strategic initiatives.Responsibilities:Define business functionalities and translate them into system requirements.Design and map business processes and data flows.Collaborate with theChief Data Office (CDO)to define data sources and integrations.Conduct data quality checks and ensure accurate figure reconciliation.PerformIntegrated Testingand analyze results to validate business logic.CoordinateUser Acceptance Testing (UAT)and support production deployments.Provide change management support to business stakeholders.Required Qualifications:4+ yearsof experience in technology projects within Capital, Risk, or Regulatory Reporting domains.Strong background in functional analysis, business process definition, and KPI creation.Experience in test case creation, UAT coordination, and go-live support.Familiarity with change management practices.Proven ability to perform detaileddata analysis, including reconciliation and source tracing.This is an exciting opportunity to be part of high-impact transformation projects in the banking sector.
