PGeneral Summary /ppAchieve targeted sales goals and objectives within the territory by presenting, promoting and selling Candela Glace product line and associated consumables to physicians and/or other customers as dictated by respective state regulations in a defined sale. /ppEssential Job Functions /pp• Increase to, or maintain, a high level of Glace unit sales production every quarter. /pp• Consult with medical professionals regarding product benefits to patients, and ROI to practice. /pp• Prospect and identify new account opportunities /pp• Pipeline Development: /ppo Maintain a specified dollar amount in qualified business every quarter /ppo Identify new accounts each quarter that are actively seeking to invest in new technology. /pp• Schedule and execute Glace product demonstrations with involvement of Clinical Educator /pp• Present Glace in a compliant, professional, knowledgeable, ethical and sincere manner /pp• Interact professionally with physicians, allied health care personnel, and/or other laser users /pp• Represent Candela at workshops, tradeshows, conferences and conventions /pp• Support clinical efforts when necessary or practical /pp• Support sales and marketing by relaying key competitive and/or clinical information /pp• Work with AVP Sales Directors to develop quarterly forecast objectives /pp• Manage home and mobile of /p
