Job Overview
You will oversee complex project delivery led by the EMEA PPG Software Development & Support Team for our EMEA Payer, Provider, and Government clients, ensuring post go-live/BAU support is in place.
Assist in creating and validating project scopes, plans, and schedules for complex projects; help define success metrics; and select/apply standards (e.g., delivery process, roles, operational norms, compliance).
Responsibilities:

2. Identify risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
3. Manage project delivery process, scope, and costs; drive project completion; mentor team members.
4. Build relationships with stakeholders to support project outcomes.
5. Lead change management efforts, including impact analysis and training development.
6. Evaluate project results and improve processes and resources.
7. Lead cross-functional teams, including direct reports and peers.
8. Promote continuous improvement within Delivery Teams.
9. Share expertise to enhance delivery capabilities.
Qualifications:
* Industry-recognized qualifications (preferred).
* Proven track record in healthcare software deployment project management.
* Advanced project management education and experience.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to deliver results on time and to quality standards.
* Excellent teamwork skills and judgment.
* Self-directed work ethic.
* Proficient in software and MS Office applications.
* Ability to build effective working relationships.
