CHANEL is pleased to announce an exciting opportunity for an Operations Specialist to support the Fragrance & Beauty Division. This role plays a key part in ensuring seamless coordination between Sales, Operations, Logistics, and Customer Service, while connecting supplier planning in France with local commercial and marketing needs.
Your role at CHANEL:
Your role as Operations Specialist contributes to the overall performance of the CHANEL Fragrance & Beauty Division by ensuring alignment across the end-to-end supply chain. You will work at the intersection of sales, marketing, operations, and logistics to maximize sales opportunities, minimize stock-outs and operational costs, and deliver a premium level of service throughout the value chain.
By combining analytical rigor with operational excellence, you will act as a key connector between supplier planning and market execution.
Responsibilities Marketing Campaign Coordination: Manage and review marketing campaigns in close collaboration with Sales and Marketing teams, ensuring operational readiness and alignment with supply planning.
Customer Master Data Management: Maintain and manage the customer master data to ensure accuracy and consistency across systems.
Digital Platforms Management: Oversee and operate key digital platforms (Business Mail, Gaia, Sunrise, and others) to support commercial and operational activities.
Commercial Conditions & Rebates: Verify and manage customer commercial conditions, including the control and validation of rebate (rappel) invoices.
Reporting & KPIs: Prepare analytical reports and monitor operational KPIs to support decision-making.
Dashboards & Performance Analysis: Develop dashboards to analyze service level, quotas, and other key performance indicators.
Commercial Incident Management: Manage and resolve commercial issues related to pricing, stock availability, and special orders.
Cross-functional Analysis: Produce tailored analyses and reports for different departments based on business needs

What you can bring to the team We are looking for a proactive and structured professional with strong analytical capabilities and a continuous improvement mindset.
Requirements Education & Experience: University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Logistics, or a related field. A Master's degree in Supply Chain or Data Analytics is a plus. Minimum 3–4 years of professional experience.
Industry Exposure: Experience in commercial support, logistics, or operations, preferably within the Fragrance & Beauty or luxury sector.
Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Excel, ERP systems, and Business Intelligence tools. Operational Excellence: Comfortable working with structured processes, tight deadlines, and high attention to detail.
Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical skills with a focus on performance monitoring and continuous improvement.
Problem Solving: Proactive, solution-oriented approach with the ability to anticipate issues and propose improvements.
Resilience & Agility: Ability to work under pressure and manage workload peaks effectively.
Languages: Professional level of English is required.
