Ctra Torrejón-Ajalvir, M-108 km 4, Ajalvir, Madrid 28864Area and SubareaMRO / Engineering GTF ProgramDependencyAssociate Director - MRO & Assembly EngineeringObjectiveCompleting all activities to induct the first engine in Q1 2027, including MRR and all associated milestones.Functions and ResponsibilitiesGTF projects require three Module Project Managers to lead capability acquisition for:
- Cold End- Hot End- Installations & accessoriesThe GTF Module Project Managers will report to the GTF Chief Engineer and functionally to the MRO & Assembly Engineering Associate Director.Main responsibilities include:
- Manage teams (powerplant, repair, tooling, configuration, industrialization & operations, automation) to achieve capability acquisition in quality, time, and cost.- Ensure TAT and OTD requirements are met.- Manage non-conformance in capability development.- Support GTF Programme with investment management.- Support change control and risk management processes.- Manage budgets for assigned tasks.- Support technical audit reviews of products and processes.For capability acquisition, responsibilities include:
- Align DAT process with EM for optimal TAT and industrial process.- Lead validation strategies for repair processes, including special processes, machining, and measuring strategies.- Ensure proper integration of teams for tooling and machinery validation related to DAT and repairs.- Provide technical support to operators and liaise with PW for technical solutions and deviations.- Represent ITP Aero in technical meetings and audits.- Lead root cause analysis of quality issues and define corrective actions.Required Profile- Background in MRO DAT and/or repair processes.- Experience in MRO MRR processes.- Knowledge of MRO SAP.- Project management knowledge, including sequencing, priority setting, and critical path analysis.- Understanding of manufacturing/repair processes relevant to aerospace.- Knowledge of aerospace materials and standards.- Desirable:
familiarity with Manufacturing Systems and ERP tools (CAD, CAM, SAP, Siemens Teamcenter, etc.).- Proficiency in IT tools:
