Business Development Manager – Hunting and Outdoor Market
The Business Development Manager – Hunting and Outdoor Market should have extensive knowledge of hunting and basic experience in electronics. A licensed hunter is highly preferred. The main responsibility is to develop the hunting market by approaching and building solid relationships with Distributors, Dealer Shops, and End Users.
The key attributes and expectations of a good Business Development Manager include:
* Great business sense
* Experience in retail and stores
* Integrity, trustworthiness, honesty, enthusiasm, and responsibility
* Proficiency in English
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Experience with social media platforms (Instagram/Facebook) and a large social following is highly preferred
Key Tasks:
* Develop the hunting market through dealer/shop visits, brand promotion, display instructions, activities/events, relationship building, market research, and competitor and customer surveys
* Identify potential business opportunities and growth points
* Discover the pain points and support needs of dealers and end users
* Present solutions to potential customers
* Support marketing activities by attending trade shows, conferences, and other events
* Collaborate with regional sales teams
* Engage in lobbying within associations and interest groups
* Assist in project specifications and position HikMicro as the preferred product for consultants
* Prepare reports for management
Candidate Profile:
* Proven negotiation skills at the corporate level
* Open-mindedness to working in a multicultural environment
* Self-driven and ambitious to be part of a winning culture
* Strong written and oral communication skills in English
* Experience with Salesforce CRM is a plus
