Which tasks can you expect?
* SAP HXM Application Management Services, including change management, implementations and configurations
* Configure and customize SAP HXM modules to align with client and business needs while optimizing system performance
* Regulatory Compliance & Best Practices – Ensure the system complies with legal, payroll and time, and HR regulations, staying updated on SAP HXM innovations and industry standards
* Support & Services – Provide support, troubleshoot issues and incidents, and work on system enhancements or upgrades
* Engage with senior stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions and provide subject matter expertise on SAP HXM best practices and industry trends
* Provide high‑quality support: troubleshoot complex issues, coordinate incident resolution, and work on system enhancements, upgrades, and payroll‑relevant innovations
* Participate in or lead workshops, requirement analyses, and fit-gap assessments for ongoing or upcoming customer projects
What do you have to offer?
* At least 5+ years as a SAP HXM Application Management Services Consultant
* Experience in working with German‑speaking clients from DACH
* Fluent English is a must
* Strong communication and customer‑management skills, with the ability to explain complex topics in a structured and understandable way
