Job Summary
The Sales Representative is responsible for developing our business and brands at Points of Sale (POS) for local leader and mainstream customers, while meeting profitability objectives.
Key Responsibilities
* Client Engagement : Conduct face-to-face visits to POS on a monthly basis for local leaders and every six weeks for mainstream clients. Set specific objectives for each visit to achieve goals related to volume, profitability, and brand development, including hospitality agreements, while adhering to established criteria.
* Follow-up on agreements monthly, focusing on order taking for low-turnover products, monitoring activations and visibility, and ensuring compensation aligns with agreements.
* Provide training on brands, tools, and market knowledge, address immediate incidents at POS, and evaluate current market practices such as pricing, promotions, and competitor actions.
