The Almond connection is a young & dynamic strategy agency driven by passion and love for our job. We build long term brand & communication strategies based on key actionable insights. We run short term projects in the bigger multi nationals like Lego, Unilever, Danone, GB Foods, etc.. but also very nice local players like Pastas Gallo, Frit Ravich, etc.
What will be your role?
In this role you will lead local & international insights & strategy projects that help our clients to take the decision on how and where to win with their brands. You will mainly work with international FMCG clients.
Please note this is a consultancy contract
What will be your Core Responsibilities?
Manage local & international research projects, both qualitative & quantitative, undertaking secondary data analysis when relevant.
Lead brand, category & channel audits in which you connect the data dots through a wide variety of data sources, distillate key actionable insights, visualise & present them in an impactful way.
Provide superior consumer & customer insights to fuel brand I category I channel strategies.
Detect clear white spaces to fuel the innovation funnel & communication strategy.
Master Nielsen & Kantar data + master Censydiam or Needscope model.
Stimulate consumer intimacy through consumer reconnects, consumer or shopper shoes, etc.
Lead insight activation, innovation & brand strategy workshops.
What will you bring along?
Master written & spoken English (critical as this is our working language) & manage another language (Spanish, Dutch or French).
Proven record of designing and leading qualitative & quantitative research projects
Ability to connect the data dots cross qualitative I quantitative research sources & visualise key insights.
You have good communication skills to present in a clear, simple & visual way complex topics.
You like to influence & facilitate internal decision making @ client.
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and prioritise workload.
Minimum 15+ years of insight experience in leading FMCG’s (critical to have worked several years in insights at client side) .
You have lived and/or worked abroad (critical)
You are comfortable working as part of a virtual & international team.
