Our Iberia region (Spain & Portugal) is expanding rapidly, and we're now looking for a Key Account Manager to accelerate growth, build long-term client relationships, and elevate the adoption of AI-powered diagnostics across the market.
Role Summary
As Key Account Manager Iberia, you will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with veterinary clinics, corporate groups, distributors, and industry partners. Your mission is to drive subscription growth, onboard new clinics into the SignalPET360 ecosystem, and deliver exceptional customer experience. This role combines sales, customer success, strategic account development, and market expansion.
Key Responsibilities
1, Sales & Business Development
Identify, contact, and close new veterinary clinics across Spain and Portugal
Present and demo the SignalPET360 platform
Build pipeline through events, roadshows, partnerships, and outbound outreach
Achieve monthly onboarding targets (4-5 clinics per month)
2. Account Management
Manage and grow key accounts (corporate groups + independent clinics)
Ensure high adoption of AI platforms
Support clinics during onboarding, training, and initial integration
Coordinate with the technical team for PACS/DICOM setups
3. Partnerships & Networking
Represent PetScan at congresses, meetings, and VetFamily events
Collaborate with partners and universities
Develop long-term relationships to establish PetScan as the standard of care
4. Reporting & Strategy
Provide weekly and monthly reports on activities and results
Track KPIs in CRM (HubSpot)
Support the development of regional go-to-market strategies
What We're Looking For
Strong experience in sales, veterinary industry, diagnostics, or medical tech
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Fluent in Spanish; good English preferred; Portuguese is a bonus
Self-driven, structured, and comfortable with remote work
Ability to travel within Spain/Portugal for client visits and events
Natural interest in technology, veterinary care, and innovation
