Project Manager / Scrum Master
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager / Scrum Master to lead the delivery of large-scale Workday implementation projects within an international organizational environment. This role will be responsible for driving end-to-end project execution, ensuring successful rollout of HR technology solutions aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in the development of project plans, including scope, schedule, and resource allocation.
* Collaborate with project teams to track progress and ensure adherence to project timelines.
* Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
* Support the management of project budgets and resource allocation.
* Facilitate communication between project stakeholders and team members.
* Document project requirements, changes, and decisions throughout the project lifecycle.
* Assist in identifying and mitigating project risks and issues.
* Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders.
* Support the implementation of project management best practices and methodologies.
* Coach team members on Agile principles and practices to enhance team performance.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Good experience in project management or a related area.
* Experience working with Workday.
* Strong organizational and time management skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Basic understanding of project management methodologies (e.G., Agile, Waterfall) is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
* Familiarity with project management tools and software (e.G., Microsoft Project, Trello, Asana).
* Knowledge of Scrum framework and Agile methodologies.
* Experience in stakeholder management and communication.
* Understanding of risk management practices.
* Certification in Scrum (e.G., Certified Scrum Master) is a plus.
* Experience in an Agile environment is a plus.
