Our Focus Areas
· Supply Chain Planning – AI-driven demand forecasting, inventory optimization, and planning solutions to enhance agility and efficiency.
· Fulfillment & Network Optimization – Advanced analytics to optimize logistics, warehouse management, distribution, network and last-mile delivery, improving speed, cost, and service levels.
· Manufacturing – AI, machine learning, and IoT to drive predictive maintenance, production efficiency, and quality control in smart manufacturing.
Your role
As a Data Scientist in Accenture’s Data & AI for Supply Chain team, you will:
1. Apply AI, advanced analytics, and optimization techniques to solve complex supply chain challenges.
2. Engage directly with clients, translating business needs into AI-driven solutions and delivering measurable impact.
3. Drive business development, contributing to proposals, identifying new opportunities, and shaping innovative AI offerings.
4. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including data scientists, engineers, and business consultants, to implement cutting-edge supply chain solutions
What Skills Are We Looking For?
Basic Qualifications:
✔ Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. ✔ Proficiency in English (additional languages are a plus). ✔ 3-4+ years of experience in Data & AI or related fields (we are hiring at different experience levels).
We seek professionals with strong expertise in AI, analytics, and optimization applied to supply chain challenges. While you don’t need to master all of them, experience in multiple areas will be highly valuable. Key skills include:
5. Programming: Python, R, SQL
6. Operation Reasearch & Simulation: LP, ILP, Heuristics/Meta-Heuristics, Discrete Events Simulation, digital twins.
7. Machine Learning & AI: Forecasting, predictive modeling, optimization algorithms.
8. Generative AI: LLMs, AI-driven scenario generation, synthetic data modeling, and workflow automation.
9. Cloud & Big Data: Experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP, including AI/ML services.
10. Supply Chain Solutions: Familiarity with o9, Blue Yonder (BY), SAP IBP, or similar tools.
11. Data Engineering & Visualization: Large-scale data processing, market solutions/platforms (Databricks, Snowflake, ..), and tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.

12. Problem-Solving & Critical Thinking: Ability to analyze supply chain challenges and design AI-driven solutions.

14. Communication & Stakeholder Management: Ability to translate complex data insights into actionable business recommendations for technical and non-technical audiences.
