Experience in sales and client management within the services industries is also advantageous.As part of this role, you will:
Provide organizational, sales, and client service leadership for the Advantage Global business.Build strong relationships with CPG clients, ensuring they gain value and insights from our work and advocate for Advantage.Achieve sales and profit targets for your client portfolio and pursue new business opportunities.Collaborate with Commercial, Market, and Finance teams to align strategies and meet financial reporting requirements, including budgets and forecasts.Work across functions to meet client needs and develop proposals.Negotiate effectively to reach win-win agreements with clients.Support market leaders in developing global client collaborations.Enhance the Advantage brand through presentations, conferences, white papers, and articles.LocationThe role is ideally based in Europe (Spain, France, UK, Netherlands, or Germany) and will be remote (home office).Travel ExpectationsTravel may include client meetings, visits to Toronto, conferences, or industry events.Capabilities and SkillsExpertise in the CPG retail industry.Extensive network of global contacts among CPG suppliers.Strong client service and business development skills.Understanding of market research principles and Advantage products.Ability to manage complex consulting projects.Excellent English communication skills, especially virtually.Data analysis and storytelling presentation skills.Independent and entrepreneurial mindset.Strong interdepartmental communication skills.Good listening skills and client needs focus.Sense of urgency and proactive approach.Our ValuesWe pride ourselves on our culture and values.
