Sales Lead – Build and Scale a High-Impact B2B Sales Team in the UK
I’m currently working with a fast-growing tech company (€12M+ last year) that has revolutionized how employers connect with candidates through a powerful, user-friendly software solution.
After great success in the B2C market, they are now expanding into B2B sales, with a strong focus on growing their presence in the UK market, where they see the biggest opportunity for expansion. Although they already have a presence in the US and Spain, their next goal is to establish a strong sales operation in the UK.
To drive this, they are looking for a Sales Lead to establish and scale corporate sales operations from scratch.
What You’ll Do:
1. Lead the B2B expansion in the UK – Start as an Account Executive, securing corporate clients and proving traction.
2. Build and shape your own sales team – Take ownership of hiring and structuring an initial team of 3-4 Account Executives (AEs) and potentially SDRs, adapting it as the business grows.
3. Develop and refine sales processes – Define lead generation strategies, set up CRMs and tooling, and implement a structured, scalable approach.
4. Own business KPIs and drive expansion.
Who They’re Looking For:
1. Experienced Account Executive with a proven track record in B2B sales of digital platforms, SaaS, or HR/recruitment solutions.
2. Process-oriented & data-driven – Able to define and implement sales strategies from scratch.
3. A natural leader – Someone ambitious, hands-on, and excited to build and grow a sales team in a new market.
4. Adaptable & strategic – Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
