Job Description
We are looking for students or recent graduates passionate about technology and innovation to join our team as interns in the HR Systems area to work on initiatives in Artificial Intelligence, Process Automation (RPA), and People Analytics. They will also collaborate closely with the HR and Payroll Operations team to drive automation and data-driven solutions across all people management processes.
This scholarship offers a unique opportunity to gain practical experience in developing intelligent solutions that optimize processes and generate value from data.
Responsibilities
* Research new technologies and trends in AI, automation, and advanced analytics.
* Collaborate in the design, development, and testing of AI and machine learning solutions.
* Participate in process automation using RPA tools (such as UiPath).
* Support data analysis with a focus on implementing mechanisms to ensure data quality.
* Document processes, results, and learnings.
Requirements
* Advanced student or recent graduate in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related fields.
* Basic knowledge of Python, SQL, and data science libraries (pandas, scikit-learn, etc.), as well as office applications, Access, and Excel.
* Interest in automation and artificial intelligence.
* Analytical skills, curiosity, and eagerness to learn.
* B2 level of English (desirable).
