What will you do?
Create prototypes of savory foods (soups, snacks, ready meals, meats, plant-based analogues) with a sensory and creative approach.
Design flavor experiences, adjusting aromatic profiles to achieve the perfect balance of taste, texture, and functionality.
Collaborate with clients and internal teams in co-creation sessions, tastings, and culinary presentations.
Transform culinary trends into market-ready solutions, combining culinary art with food science.
Education and Experience Requirements
Degree in Culinary Sciences, Food Technology, or solid experience in professional cooking.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in food product development or culinary applications within the industry.
Passion for flavor, innovation, and creating memorable gastronomic experiences.
Curiosity to apply ingredients, industrial processes, and technical formulations.
