Job Title
Junior E‐Commerce Key Account Manager (F/M/D)
Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with key e‐commerce customers, participate in annual negotiations, and ensure agreed trading terms are implemented.
Identify new growth opportunities to expand the customer base and develop a multichannel action plan.
Execute annual customer plans to grow category potential, including introducing new products and optimizing the assortment.
Coordinate promotional activities and ensure marketing standards are applied consistently across accounts. Prepare sales reports, manage budgets and investments, and provide monthly sales forecasts.
Work closely with internal teams (Marketing, Logistics, Finance, Field Sales) and external partners (Retailers, Merchandising Agencies, International Account Managers).
Qualifications
University degree and 2–3 years of experience in Key Account Management within the FMCG sector or E‐commerce & Digital Marketing.
Solid understanding of key accounts, customer and competitor landscape, client P&L, and financial metrics.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and activate insights effectively.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities to influence and build trust with stakeholders.
Proactive, capable of working independently and collaboratively within cross‐functional teams.
Advanced proficiency in English and Spanish.
