About the Role
Join Coty as our new Talent Acquisition Manager – Commercial Europe, part of our regional Talent Acquisition team based in Barcelona. Your passion for recruitment, beauty industry & excellence will drive high quality hiring, elevate the candidate experience, and build a strong employer brand that supports our business growth and strategic goals.
Responsibilities
* Lead full recruitment lifecycle for commercial roles across Europe, ensuring timely, high-quality hires.
* Actively contribute to filling roles alongside the team and track recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, quality of hire, and candidate satisfaction.
* Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking, and strategic market mapping.
* Partner closely with hiring managers and HR business partners to understand talent needs and develop targeted recruitment strategies.
* Manage communications with external vendors and agencies for scope, ensuring strong and smooth hiring.
* Continuously assess and improve recruitment workflows, leveraging technology and data analytics for greater efficiency and effectiveness.
* Develop and execute employer branding campaigns to attract top talent and enhance the organization’s reputation.
* Ensure a positive, seamless candidate experience from application to onboarding.
* Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion and accurate documentation for audit and compliance purposes.
* Lead and participate in diverse projects and initiatives across the function and region.
Qualifications
* 7+ years experience recruiting commercial roles (marketing & sales) ideally in beauty, retail, FMCG or similar.
* Proven track record in full-cycle recruitment.
* Fluent in English & French;
other European languagea plus.
* Strong knowledge of end-to-end recruitment processes, employment law, and compliance.
* Excellent communication, collaboration, and analytical skills.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities, adapt to changing business needs, and balance process/system focus with a positive candidate experience.
